Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable towards another trip or person. No exceptions.All travelers must submit a registration form and pay the required deposit amount in order to secure their reservation.

Monthly Payments
Required monthly payments must be received by the 26th of the month beginning the following month after receipt of the deposit. Monthly payments DO NOT mean you have until the final date to make your payment.
There is a 3-day grace period after the payment due date to submit a monthly payment before cancellation. After the 3 day grace period a late fee of $100 will be applied to your reservation.All funds towards the trip will be forfeited if the traveler doesn't cancel within 5 days after the due date.
Monthly payments are 100% non-refundable after receipt of payment.If you need a longer payment option, we do offer Affirm and AfterPay
