Can We Safely Visit Havana, Cuba?

Absolutely you can! In 2022 the Biden administration made the restrictions easier to visit on the island. As a group and to "support for the Cuban people" Americans are free to visit one of the 12 authorized categories to the island that requires activities and a full schedule. So, for the support for the Cuban people doing things like, staying in their homes (AirBNB), supporting private restaurants, buying goods and services from entrepreneurs and cultural activities. Don't forget your visa!

As a traveler we always want to approach cultures with a sense of gratitude and a positive attitude. With the required checklist being checked off and going at the time of the Salsa festival, it's safe to say we will be ready to experience the beautiful island of Cuba in Feb 2024.
